David Marks song on Grey's Anatomy

As Dr. Meredith Grey parses her latest quandary with an admiring stranger over darts and coffee, the music playing in the background is a David Marks original song titled, You Cant Talk to Me. The episode aired on Thursday, May 3 on ABC and is available on iTunes here and is currently streaming on Hulu. 
You Can't Talk to Me, produced by Daniel Moore, was recorded live-in-the-studio in 1978 and saw a limited-edition release (which quickly sold out) in 2006 as part of the Marks-Clifford Live at Blue Dolphin album. The song features David Marks on lead vocals and piano.
