To mail an item for David to sign:

** Do not mail posters, LP covers, or any item larger than a standard 8 1/2 x 11 inche envelope. THEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED!!!

**INTERNATIONAL mail (including Canada) MUST NOT exceed 5x7 inches. Your return envelope must include proper US return postage. Do NOT send cash or postal coupons.
